Course Goal / Objective
Human anatomical and physiological structure to learn the smooth muscle in experimental animals, to isolate rat diaphragm muscles, anesthetic and pharmacological agents to measure the effects of smooth muscles on the mechanical activities and to record.
Course Content
The experimental animals used in biophysical research, the smooth muscles used in the experimental animals and the anatomy and physiology of these muscles are described.
