Course Goal / Objective

Definition of radiopharmaceutical and radiopharmaceutical, preparation of radiopharmaceuticals, properties and usage.

Course Content

Radiopharmaceuticals / Nuclear Farm definition, radiopharmaceutical / radionuclide definition, basic information about drugs and pharmacology, production and use of radionuclides, jradionuclide generators, formulation of radiopharmaceuticals, properties of ideal radiopharmaceuticals physical properties and methods of localization, excretion, points to be considered in the use of radiopharmaceuticals, device use.
