Course Goal / Objective

Constitutions constitute the infrastructure of press freedom. The aim of this course is to discuss the development of freedom of press.

Course Content

The content of the course is composed of all the articles that regulate the freedom of the press in the Constitution. In the course of taking into consideration the political and social processes that cause the preparation of constitutions, historical processes related to the freedom of the press are analyzed.
