Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to introduce students concepts related to international business and help students gain a global perspective by discussing various aspects related to the management of multinational enterprises.

Course Content

Basic concepts and definitions of International management, internationalization process, international market entry modes, management of multinational companies, international planning, international organizations, decision-making and control in international business, political risk and negotiations in international business, human resources in international management, cultural approaches to international business, motivation and leadership in international management.
