Course Goal / Objective
the aim of the course is to introduce basic concept, principles and practices related to strategic management
Course Content
This course includes the major concepts and approaches of strategic management, strategic management process, strategy alternatives and strategy variations, SWOT analysis, strategic coalitions and alliances, case studies.
