Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach basic concepts related to Insect toxicology, type of toxicities regarding to Insect Toxicology, and factors effecting the toxicitiy, resistance and resistance mechanisms and toxicity tets.

Course Content

Toxicological terminology, Types of toxicity, Toxicological classification of insecticide and acaricides, tests used to determine the toxicity, mode of entry of insecticide and acaricides to insect and mites, resistance to insecticide and acaricides, insecticide, acaricides and environment
