Course Goal / Objective
This course teaches the general structure of grain types and varieties of cereals with distinction
Course Content
This course contains the importance of the identification of cereals, vegetative growth stages of cereals, generative growth stages of cereals, the grain structure of cereals, botanical identification of cereals, identification of cereals during vegetative phase, identification of cereals during flowering phase and the concept of landraces
