Course Goal / Objective
Teaching the basics of maintenance systems, principles of maintenance planning and manufacturing machines in endustry and methods for most productive working conditions by planning the maintenance of facility in the most optimal way.
Course Content
Concept of maintenance planning, its goals and types, maintenance planning system and organization, maintenance activities, maintenance scheduling and control, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault distributions and reliability, short and long term maintenance policies, analogy in maintenance planning, single-group innovation, renovation-replacement policies, computerized maintenance management systems(BBYS), total productive maintenance(TPM).
