Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to raise awareness on gender inequality in all students, to develop gender equality and to use creative drama method in making them. In this context, the course includes the concept of gender, major problems of today's family, peer search, gender relations, divorce, domestic violence, various inequalities in the daily lives of women and men, workshops on rural life and urban living spaces.
Course Content
Although this course is open to all students, the students are provided with the basic concepts in the field of gender studies at the beginning level through workshops. In addition, the socio-cultural position of women and men in the society is examined and it raises awareness in terms of equality, justice and rights.
