Course Goal / Objective
To teach how to create, evaluate and use instructional materials
Course Content
The correlation between education and technology, basic concepts, historical outline of instructional technology, historical outline of instructional technology in Turkey after 1980, practices and projects, technology and new literacy concepts, features of 21st century learners, advances in IT, utilization of IT in education, media and mediums in education, IT in future and its relation with teaching and learning.
