Course Goal / Objective

Derim sonrası tarımsal ürünlerin laboratuvar işlemlerine hazırlanması ve uygun metod ile analizlerinin gerçekleştirilmesinin öğretilmesi

Course Content

Basic laboratory terms, Presentation of laboratory equipment, Methods of analysis in post-skinning laboratories, Preparation of agricultural products for analysis, Laboratory application studies post-harvest, Reporting of findings from laboratory studies, Chemicals, Physical conditions of laboratories and infrastructure, Ergonomics
