Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the production techniques, biology, mycelia production and ecological requirements of the most cultivated mushroom species in the world such as Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus spp., Auricularia spp., Lentinula edodes, Volvariella volvacea, Flammulinas velutipes and Grifola frondase.
