Course Goal / Objective
Tight connection between Code of Obligations with the Turkish Civil Code. Dominate the basic concepts used in the law of this lecture has learned that between data, applications skills. The resources in other areas of private law, the provision of debt, termination, featured debt relations, assignment of claims and liabilities transplant is dominated by the topic.
Course Content
Regulating the relationship between debt people of Turkish Code of Obligations General Provisions is located in the teaching of the basic concepts and rules, these rules are intended to gain the skills to use in other areas of private law.
