Course Goal / Objective

The purpose of this course is to describe the general principles of constitutional law and base concept in comparative perspectives. This course aims to deal with subjects such as constitutional, constitutional the judiciary, secularism, the welfare state, election, sovereignty, political power, legislative- executive- juridical power, parliamentary system, presidential regime, political parties and so on.

The subject of Constitutional Law, the concept of constitution, types of constitutions, fundamental rights and freedoms, governmental systems, constitutional amendments, constitutional review
