Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to explain the place of public sector in the general economy and the concepts and theories related to public services and public expenditures and to provide information to the students on this subject.

Course Content

In this course, the concept of state in general, the subject and history of finance science, the definition of finance science and its relation with other branches of science, the theoretical knowledge about public finance within the role of the state in the economic process is explained.
