Course Goal / Objective
In this course, it is aimed to bring the fundamental knowledge and skills about analyzing and interpreting data with graphs and descriptive statistics and in addition to that bring knowledge about random variables and some common distributions.
Course Content
The course content covers the importance of data analysis, how to analyze data and how to interpret the results of analysis, basic probability concepts, random variables and their usage in real life, some common discrete (Bernoulli, Binomial, Poisson, etc.) and continuous (normal and standard normal) random variables.
