Course Goal / Objective
General knowledge about the law of obligations, A study on the source of obligations, presenting the elements of tort liability, Basic information on unjust enrichment, examining debt performance, Time of performance, place of performance and providing information about the parties involved Examining the causes of discharged debts Evaluating Supreme Court decisions
Course Content
The course will focus on introductions to the law of obligations, the principles of the law of obligations, contracts, debt and responsibility, legal procedures, representation, the definitionand elements of an unjust act, illegal acts, damages, proper causal link, flaws and fault-base responsibility.
