Course Goal / Objective
To ensure that they have knowledge of basic environmental issues, to bring environmental awareness, to move itself and its surroundings to provide this awareness.
Course Content
Environment: Historical development of environmental sciences. Human and environment, population and environment, Regional and local environmental problems: Water, soil and air pollution, radioactiv pollution and other pollution resources. Biological species and situation in Turkey: Flora and Fauna. Endemic animal and plants species in Tukiye, living species under threath, Environmental organizations and activities, environmental education, continuing develpoment.
