Course Goal / Objective

Teaching acquisition, analyzing , interpreting and making decisions of hydrologic and meteorological data.Helps students to interpret the study results according to these principles

Course Content

Hydrologic cycle; hydro-meteorological data; evapotranspiration; ground waters; prediction of runoff and flow with various methods; analysis of hydrograph, flood routing, statistical methods in hydrology with simple applications.

LO01 At the end of the lecture, students learn about basic hydrological concepts and separate components of hydrological cycle.
LO02 Acquires data accurately either by monitoring or testing and present s the subject.
LO03 Determines the cause and effect relationship.
LO04 Interprets a hydrological paper.
LO05 Prepares data as graphics or tables, and also criticizes the different solutions applying new methods.
