Course Goal / Objective
The purpose of this course is to give a basic concept on general features, mode of action, structure-activity relationship, synthesis and biotransformation of the drugs affecting on autonomic nerveous system and cardiovascular system.
Course Content
Adrenergic agents, adrenergic blocking agents, cholinergic agents, cholinergic blocking agents, cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmics, antianginal and vasodilatory agents, antihypertensives, antihyperlipidemics, coagulant and anticoagulant agents, antianemic drugs, trombolytics, antiaggregan agents and diuretics.
