Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to analyze all technological, social and political aspects of communication history. Within this context, all the technological innovations from the processes of preparing written civilization to the contemporary communication age are examined.
Course Content
The course covers all phases of the communication history from the day of mankind to the present day. Technological revolutions such as writing, printing, press, telephone, telegraph, radio, television and internet are explained in the context of their period from Palaeolithic period until today.
