Course Goal / Objective
The Turkish Educational System and School Management course is basically a course aimed at recognizing the educational system of the prospective teachers as an organizational structure and the concept of the management process of the education system. Within the scope of Turkish Education System and School Administration course; The aims and basic principles of the Turkish education system, the legal basis of the education system, the structure of the Turkish education system, management theories and processes, the organizational characteristics of the school, the educational program, the management of the student affairs, the occupational affairs, To help them understand the different dimensions of school management and to be knowledgeable.

The aims and basic principles of Turkish education system, legal regulations related to education, structure of Turkish education system, management theories and processes, school organization and management, personnel in school management, work related to student, teaching and business, school social participation.
