Course Goal / Objective

Aim of this course is to describe importance of relations, maintaining the relationship, different relationships and gender issues in a intimate relations such as friends, romantic partners, family members.

Course Content

This course will examine various issues in the study of close relationships using psychological theory and research. We will examine the development of interpersonal attraction, theories of love and relationship development, common problems in relationships (jealousy, loneliness, conflict). This course will primarily focus on romantic relationships and friendships.
