Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to introduce Old Turkish, which is the first period of Turkish written with Turkish alphabets, texts and language features.
Course Content
In this course, Old Turkish, Orhon Turkish, Uygruca definition, scope, general characteristics of the period, I. and II. Eastern Turkic (Köktürk) Khaganate is described.
