Course Goal / Objective

In this course , student learns pesticide application methods used in chemical struggle, pesticide formulations, factors affecting pesticide adsorption depending on the target surface, factors affecting pesticide dragging, fluid disintegration methods, selection and operation of plant protection machines.

Course Content

In this course, the aim of this course is to provide information about chemical control methods, pesticide formulation forms, target surfaces and properties, spray nozzles, hydraulic nozzles, hydraulic sprayers on hand and back, field and orchard sprayers, Airflow field and garden sprayers, controlled drop application technique (CDA), electrostatic spraying,pesticide drift, seed and field spraying, smoke application, chemical application with irrigation water, fumigation and other techniques, calibration and maintenance.
