Course Goal / Objective

Turkish law period in the history of Islamic law , personal , family, furniture , inheritance, loans and land law issues and ensure that they have information about the Ottoman administration courses main objectives of these areas .

Course Content

Turkey ahead of get an idea of Islam that allows the rule of law and institutions and curses where the overall distribution of information about islamic law.
