Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide preparation techniques and skills.
Course Content
Fixation and preservation of plant material and methods in preparation of section. Vital examination of animal material, vital staining and vital stain. Definition of microscope types and usage areas, measurement under microscope; fixation, to make transparent, temporary and permanent preparate methods, meseration types, closure media in plants; microphotography.
