Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to develop preparation techniques and skills.
Course Content
Fresh preparation and examination techniques, preparation of some vital dyes, preparation of permanent preparations, Narkotization Fixation, dehydration- transparence, paraffin and Preparation of paraffin blocks, staining of sections, Preparation of dyes and dyeing techniques, preparation of preparations, microscop and types are described.
