Course Goal / Objective
The main purpose of the course is teaching the legal point of view, legal education, legal issues, and teaching students to research and create solutions in legal topics.
Course Content
Function of law in society, religion, law, rules, customs and traditions, ethics and comparison of methods of law, and the law reasoning, separation of public and private law, hierarchy of norms of positive law, natural law, the basic concepts of law and institutions (property, contract sovereignty, justice, and so on.) and various law schools
