Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to make students understand the useful plants and their usage areas.

Course Content

Useful primary and secondary compounds in plants, food crops (cereals, vegetables, fruits, oil crops), spices, industrial plants, stimulant plants, medicinal plants, fodder plants.
