Course Goal / Objective

To teach the geological properties, geographic and geological features of plates forming Turkey, surface and subsurface raw materials and ore deposits

Course Content

Concepts of Tethys and Neotethys in Turkey, Stratigraphic and tectonic features of Palaeozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic units, Geological heritage values.
