Course Goal / Objective
The student, commercial business, commercial examine the terms and provisions of the commercial judiciary, trade companies, securities, share certificates, ownership and type conversion, bankruptcy, liens and securities and foreign exchange transactions related to the liquidation able to provide make transactions.
