Course Goal / Objective

To provide the necessary knowledge and skills about aviation sector which is one of the most important means in tourism transportation and airport service

Course Content

Relationship between tourism and aviation, aviation and civil aviation organizations, civil aviation business organization scheme in today's world. Functional relationships between the tasks of the employees and the auxiliary departments. Foreign terms used in passenger services. Contents and functions of documents used in passenger services; Passenger entry and exit operations at airports and aircraft. Problem solving, giving information, guidance techniques and responsibilities and principles in unusual situations.
