The students learn the basic principles of tissue culture and the tissue culture techniques used in the plants
Course Content
Definition of tissue culture, organization of tissue culture laboratory, preparation of medium and stelization techniques, embryogenesis. organogenesis, tissue cultue techniques used in the plants
