Course Goal / Objective

the students learns special knowledge and skills on standardisation and conservation of field crops products in this course

Course Content

In field crops standardization, description of crop, quality characters, affecting factors on quality, rules, principles, measurements and methods of crop analyses, packaging, labeling, store, factors effecting the purification and types and duration of conservation, TSE in the field crop, Turkish Standards, HACCP, necessary making for improving of standardization
