Course Goal / Objective
To acquire the knowledge, structure, systems and practices of wrestling and to have knowledge.
Course Content
General information and speaking about the way the course is taught. Learns beating techniques. Learn Kle techniques. He learns his techniques in the day. Learns log rolling techniques. Learn the twist techniques. Learn foot-lock techniques Learn from colchic techniques. Learns to study attacks and counterattacks in beating techniques.
