Course Goal / Objective

Aim of this course is to provide students with theoric informantion about organizational behavior in order to increase motivation and efficiency of team, group and organization

Defining Organizational behavior and related concepts, Attitudes and Satisfaction, Emotions and Moods, Personality and Values, Perception, Motivation Theories, Motivation Means and Applications, Group Behavior, Teams, Communication, Leadership, Power and Politics, Conflict Management
