Course Goal / Objective

In this lesson applied in the tourism sector legislation, national and international tourism organizations, document retrieval according to the type of tourism, agent-hotel-case studies in customer relations explained, is intended to obtain information about the legal regulations of students tourism.

The content of the course; legislation applicable in the tourism sector, according to the document purchases tourism types, case in agent-hotel-customer relations, national and international tourism organizations, national and consumer rights is international, tourism incentives are examined.
