Course Goal / Objective
To understand the geography of Middle East, its ethnic and religious characteristics and the political, military, social, economic etc. developments experienced in this region, where Turkey has also been, in the last century.
Course Content
Where is The Middle East. The strategic importance of Middle East in terms of political, economic, ethnic and religious sides. Middle East under the domination of the Ottoman, Developments in Middle East in the 20th and 21st century.
