Course Goal / Objective
Armed with the technical knowledge of Environment-Energy-Ecological Relationship and Green Building Design Guidelines, produces designs that respect the natural environment,with the practice of application design projects.
Course Content
The meaning of ecology / Architectural definition of ecology / Re-use of old buildings and ecological practices in line with contemporary usage criteria / Examination of the principles of ecological design in conceptual designs / Examination of ecological principles at intelligent buildings / Critical analysis of domestic and international examples / Two-storey ecological housing design in local conditions.Consumption of natural sources and its effects on architecture and energy production that is helpful for human health. Examination of ecological principles in architecture. Design, use, principle and strategies of ecological building design. Examining sample buildings. Improvement of ecological building. Searches for solution for current environment and new designs. Examining of ecological principles in the design of smart buildings. Research on architectural equipment that consolidates with ecological designs and contemporary construction elements.
