Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to provide the necessary methodology and techniques to make strategic decisions of the organization.

Course Content

This course explores two central themes - the determination of a firm's strategic direction and the management of the strategic change. The course address the role of general manager, sources of competitive advantage, differences in business and corporate - level strategy, managing strategic change and the development of general managers.
