Course Goal / Objective

Applications of the techniques used in the determination of manpower supply and demand will be examined.

Course Content

Manpower planning is a basic requirement in the appointment of human resources at the right time, in the right place and the most suitable positions. In this course, it is aimed to teach students the estimated demand for manpower, determining the manpower supply and the differences between supply and demand, and the harmonization issues through using statistical models.
