Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to provide the information about new management approaches for engineers

Course Content

The objective of this course is to give information to engineers about ne w trends and approaches in management such as TQM, BPR, e-business and 6 Sigma. in this course, CFSs, barriers and problems of these approaches will be discussed and solutions to the problems will be analyzed.
