Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to explain details of organizational behavioral concepts and also provide the role of leadership, motivation and power in efficient organizations. This course is also designed to provide components of organizational behavioral model to the students.

Defining organizational behavior and related concepts, attitudes and satisfaction, emotions and mood, personality and values, perception, motivation theories, motivation means and applications, group behavior, teams, communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict management
