Course Goal / Objective
This course aims at providing an introduction to the institutional law of the European Union. It concentrates on sui generis features of the European Union, sources of EU law, Treaty amendments and its institutions.
Course Content
The history of the European Union, the sources of European Union law, the fundamental principles of the Union and institutional structure of the Union are the main issues that wil examined in that Lecture
