Course Goal / Objective

The course aims to provide information on the planning, organization, execution and evaluation and coordination of midwifery services according to the management processes.

Course Content

The definition and the development of management, Management processes, management techniques, management processes and communication, time management, problem solving, motivation, leadership and change process, in-service training, health care quality, health services - Inpatient and Outpatient- Laws and regulations related to health services.
