Course Goal / Objective

To introduce the basic concepts and types of Turkish Folklore

Course Content

Branches of Turkish literature, parts of folk literature, sources of folk literature, folk Literature, anonymous folk literature and mystic literature, intellectual literature, Turkish folk art, history, other branches Relations, method of field research in Turkish folklore, form, kind, content in Turkish folk literature, Introducing the running course.
