LO01 understand the aim and scope of positive psychology and grasp the distinction between positive psychology principles and other theoretical principles of clinical psychology.
LO02 get a map of the territory for two of the most important areas of psychology: the psychology of success and the psychology of wellbeing and happiness.
LO03 develop an understanding of the dimensions of success and well-being
LO04 gain insight into the ways in which positive psychology interventions and experimental research about some interventions.
LO05 explain concepts such as well-being, happiness and positive emotions.
LO06 describe the relationship between emotions and culture.
LO07 Define the relationship between psychological, biological and physical elements of positive psychology.
LO08 Explain the concepts such as wisdom, creativity and perseverance for well being.
