Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to give a detailed description of the basic subjects of biotechnology
Course Content
The contents of this course include Introduction to biotechnology, DNA function, gene expression, genetic material transfer, extra-chromosomal elements: plasmids, DNA manipulation, biotechnological vaccines, detection of DNA base sequences, cell fusions, agricultural, medical and industrial biotechnology and biotechnological status of the enzymes.
