Course Goal / Objective

The basic concepts of phytopathology, disease-host interactions in plants damaged by biotic and abiotic factors, physiological and anatomical changes occurring in diseased plants, emerging symptoms, etiology of the disease agents, their recognition, spreading and distribution ways, conditions of infectious diseases, To develop basic and general concepts related to the proliferation of factors, life cycles and methods of struggle, to introduce important plant diseases and to give information about methods of control

Course Content

Diseases caused by fungal, bacterial and viral disease agents and abiotic factors which are harmful in culture plants, diagnosis, etiology, epidemiology and controls
